1) To check in, make an appointment. We are not a hotel with a 24-hour reception🛎️, but there will be a person waiting for you. therefore we need to have as much information as possible about your arrival to avoid delays and waits and to offer you a better service.🙏
2) Check-in times are from 2pm to 10.00pm🕑. If you are asked to check in earlier and if it is possible, you can ONLY leave your suitcases in the apartment and return when it is clean, i.e. 2pm.⚠️ You cannot use the apartment because the cleaning staff cannot be interrupted during the cleaning.
⚠️If you check in after 10.00 pm there is a surcharge, as stated in the welcome message.⚠️
3) During check in you will be explained both useful information on the structure you have booked, on how it works and on the good rules to follow.

5) 😺Pets are welcome, but their presence must be communicated at the time of booking.
6) 🧽🧹Cleaning is included in the payment of your stay, including linen, towels and hand soap. Any damage to the structure or disastrous conditions of the kitchen area (dishes to wash) will be charged separately.
7) To avoid waste and energy consumption that damages the environment, we ask you to turn off the light, air conditioners / heating every time you leave the structure and close the taps when you are not using the water.
8) 🕑Check out is UNTIL 10 am and must be respected or possibly agreed with the online reception. 🔴Unagreed delays will not be tolerated because the staff will have to do the cleaning for the next guests.🔴
